Air New Zealand Holidays gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or exchanged. Unused balances are not refundable or transferable. Air New Zealand is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Risk of loss or theft and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser on transfer. This gift card and purchases made with it are subject to Air New Zealand's conditions of carriage and the terms and conditions of the supplier of the travel services or products purchased which may change from time to time. Card value expires 12 months after purchase or last recharge. The minimum charge/recharge value is $50 and the maximum charge/recharge value is $1000.
